delivery.

 

1. do you ship to my country? 

yes! we ship internationally to every country!

2. how much are the shipping costs?

shipping is currently free! you can also choose to pay $4.99 for priority care shipping, which is slightly faster and fully insures your order.

3. when will my order arrive?

most items arrive within 2-3 weeks, but due to several factors such as shipping delays and distance, it can take up to 2 months. thankfully this long shipping times are very rare.

4. where do you ship from?

we have partners in china and the united states. 

5. my product arrived damaged. what can i do?

we have a money back guarantee in case a product arrives damaged or not as described. read our refund policy for more information

6. i only received a part of my order, where are the other items?

if you order more than one item, expect every item to be shipped separately. that's why some products may arrive earlier than others. if it's been longer than 2 months since your order, you can contact us at contact@sleepyeden.com. be sure to provide your name and order number and we'll keep you updated on your order.

 

payment.

1. what payment methods do you accept?

we accept paypal, credit card and debit card.

2. i don't use usd, do you accept my preferred currency?

the prices are in usd by default but will automatically be converted at checkout, so yes, you can pay with any currency. on the top right of our website you can select your currency to view products in your currency. be aware that during checkout the prices will display in usd, so don't let that alarm you!

 

returns / exchanges.

1. i ordered the wrong size, can i get an exchange for a larger/smaller size?

yes, that is possible! you first ship the product back to us and we refund your money, after which you can reorder your desired size (this speeds up the process). email us first and we will guide you through the process!

please note that every product has different measurements so you should refer to the product-specific measurements that can be found in the description of every item. 

2. how do i cancel my order?

if you made a mistake or changed your mind, contact us immediately and we'll cancel your order and give your money back. unfortunately we cannot cancel the order if it's already been shipped. so email us at contact@sleepyeden.com as soon as possible. tell us your full name and we'll cancel your order.

 

sizing.

1. what sizes do you have?

every product has a unique size so make sure to check the measurements carefully. they can be found in the description of every product. most of our clothes are from asia so keep in mind that asian sizes usually run a bit smaller than us/europe.

 

please note that all items are measured manually so the measurements can be 1-3cm off.
