Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. We can only refund items that are a result of our own mistake. If you break the item, unfortunately we can't refund it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We can't offer free returns or refunds if you order the wrong size, but please email us and we'll see what's the best option for you. Please strictly follow the measurements in each item's description. If you received a different size than what you chose, then you are eligible for a full refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow 1-3 business days for your money to be back in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you have received a confirmation email for a refund, but haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
